"Hey, how's it going, I'm Billy Castro, ex soccer pro and youth soccer coach going on 10 years. We're going to go over what a nutmeg is. A nutmeg is a fun trick that should not be tried everywhere, but if you're learning how to play it's simply what you want to do as a change of direction if you see that the defender is out of position and he opens up his legs, he or she opens up his legs, then you want to play the ball through the legs and go around and get the ball again. Again, it's a very difficult move to succeed but if you can get it done, it's a fun move and boy does the defender feel real bad about it. So what you want to do is he has a demo real quick. And here's how a nutmeg is done. You want to go up, you see the defender's feet are open and you want to get through there without hitting their feet and then and that's how you do a nutmeg. My name is Billy Castro, ex soccer pro and youth soccer coach going on a decade now. Have fun doing those nutmegs. Peace."
