Video Transcript

"Hi I'm Donna Barnes I'm a life and dating coach and owner of NY Dating Coach here in New York City. In this clip we'll talk about how to plan to conceive. And it can be as fun as you make it or it can be a chore if you let it be so don't let it be. First of course make sure you did your family planning and that you discussed all the important things you need about how you are going to raise a child together, religion and school and location and all that kind of stuff. And then really make it a wonderful loving romantic thing. You can get ovulation kits to find out when the exact best time to try to conceive is and then make it a really loving romantic situation that you can remember forever. That you created a child together out of love. So if it's something that is taking longer then you thought try not to let it feel like a task. Don't get so literal about it so that it's all about oh my gosh, we have to make this conceive. Remember it's about the two of you loving each other and really creating a life together. So try to make it interesting and sexy as you can. This is Donna Barnes from New York City."
