Romantic Ways to Propose

"Hi I'm Donna Barnes. I'm a life and dating coach, and owner of NY Dating Coach here in New York City. In this clip we'll talk about romantic ways to propose. And I guess the good old fashioned way, is if her father's still around, than you ask for permission. I think people forget that that really is part of it. And, if you ask her without asking her fathers permission, she might tell you no, you have to ask my father first. So, once you get the fathers permission, a good romantic way is something that will really surprise her. And, make her want to tell everybody about it for life. If you're afraid of any kind of rejection, don't do it in a public place. You can hide the ring in things. You know, there's the, you can get fortune cookies that have the fortune that will say "Will You Marry Me" and her name. Personalized things are always nice like that. If you do put it in food or something, that's not a good idea because she could potentially swallow the ring, which is not good. But, use your imagination. If you know there's things that she really likes, or if there's something she's been wanting to do, take her to do that. And then propose while you're on it. Use your imagination, and she'll love it.
