"Hi, this is a clip on how to wash your hands properly. You will turn on the warm water and then the cold water. You will get some soap, liquid soap, antibacterial soap, you put your hands under the water. If you didn't get enough soap, get some more, make sure that you scrub your hands well, that you are using friction and that you are rubbing it well into your hands between your fingers, cleaning your nails, making sure that every nail has been cleaned under. If you have a nail brush, that would be even better but if you don't have one, at least go up under your nails with soap and the warm water and let this water run over your hands that the germs are going down the sink because running water is the most important because you're not recontaminating your hands again with stagnated water. Making sure that all the soap is off. Get your paper towel, make sure you dry your hands properly. In between the fingers your water is still running. If you have to conserve it, use a towel to turn it off but if you're not running it very full flush, which this is a little full flush, but take the towel, turn off the hot water, turn off the cold water, dispose of the towel in the trash can and your hands should be nice and clean."
