Video Transcript

"Hi, I'm Donna Barnes, I'm a life and dating coach and owner of NY Dating Coach in New York City. In this clip we're going to talk about how to go from online dating to being on the phone. And when you see someone's profile that seems interesting to you, send an e-mail with a little bit of information about yourself. If you pick something personal from what they said in their profile then you can show to them that you took an interest and you really did read what they had to say. And exchange a couple of e-mails first and feel like you want to get to know them better and then suggest that you move to the phone. Say hey, would you like to talk on the phone and send them your phone number, or ask them if you prefer - if they prefer you to call them. And then usually it's a pretty easy transition. Most people that have been online have done it several times already and they're comfortable with moving to the phone, so if you just put it out there and give your phone number I'm sure that you will be able to get someone to call you. This is Donna Barnes in New York City."
