"The most common question that I receive every single day, Miss Jennifer, how long do I have to brush my teeth for? and the answer is two minutes. Without a timer, some people have a little timer that they keep right by their sink, that does the whole two minutes, or you can do it my nifty, easy way. You take your toothbrush, put the toothpaste on it. You split your mouth up into quadrants. You go right in the back, especially if you're right handed, you always start on your left first. You count to ten. One, two, three, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, to the chewing side, and then you count to ten, the inside, you would count to ten. On the anterior teeth, you do from the canine to canine, you want to include the canine, and you do nice circle motion, to brush your anterior teeth. To get to the back, it's a little bit difficult. You want to brush the inside, and even to go the rugae palate here, a little bit, and brush that, count to ten. Do the whole thing throughout your entire mouth, and you will successfully brush for two minutes, but wait. Don't put your toothbrush down quite yet. Rinse it with water, and then stick that tongue out, really, really good, because 90% of the bad breath in your mouth, is on your tongue, so you want to tickle that tongue really, really good, until you get it nice and clean, and make it as pink as pink can be."
