"Hi, I'm Rachael Richardson. I'm a licensed nutritionist and registered dietitian with Nutrilution in South Beach, Florida. In this clip we're going to talk about what foods you can eat to support your hormones. Hormones are a big topic because they regulate, pretty much, every function in your body. So, one of the most important things that you can do is focus on getting your essential fatty acids. Essential fatty acids come from your healthy, your natural whole fats. So think about things like, your fish, of course, or some essential fatty acids as fish oils, like this. Fatty acids also come from your animal fats. And that is your animal fats that have been eating free range grass. So the same way that you get more Omega 3 fatty acids from your wild caught fish, you also get more Omega 3's from your free range chickens and your free range beef products and eggs, and those sorts of things. Also focus on getting your Omega 6's from your plant fats, such as your olives, your olive oil, your nuts, your seeds and your avocados. These are some of the best things that you can eat if you want to support your hormone function and have healthy reproductive system and more. This has been Rachael with Nutrilution in South Beach, Florida."
