"In the next clip on the double end bag, we're going to be working with intervals and we're going to vary the intensity. Normally we do everything in a two-minute clock with a minute-and-a-half on the green, and then it goes to yellow for the end of two minutes, and then all the boxers know that. But sometimes what we like to do is we'll actually work with the different intensities, either it be slower, fast or mixed, but we do it at just brief intervals, like 15 seconds or 30 seconds, etcetera. So what we'll do is I'll just have Paul do some interval workout on this double end bag here now. Paul? Yeah. So we'll go at about 15 seconds. You just start out with what you feel is a normal. You're always going to start out a little lighter in the round than in the end. You always want to start off with a good finish. So I'll start off a little slow, I'll just nice and relaxed. I'll wait until Bill here lets me know when it's about time that I increase intensity. We'll go...15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Time. Then go back to your rhythm. Okay ,15 seconds. 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Time. Okay, that's good. Alright, thank you."
