"Ok. The next workout on our double end bag, is going to be a double right. Paul's going to expand upon that a little bit more. When you throw the double right, a lot of times your opponent doesn't expect you to return the exact same right. They're actually, your opponent will actually start to understand or get familiar with your rhythms. So, when you throw the double right you can throw it immediately. Or what's better, is you throw it and pause slightly. Pull back and that way you can generate a lot more power and throw it again. So, that gives them a time where they think you're throwing your right they can open up and start to come towards you. And, hopefully by that time you time it just right. So, you throw it. And, the pull is generally a big or bigger step than you would normally take back. It's actually just like a spring. And, it's a quick punch. And, that's the double right."
