"In the next clip for our double end bag workout, boxing workout, we're going to deal with the one-two, the basic, the old one-two, the left-right and some variations off that along with some defense. Paul? Obviously with a jab and a straight right, just a one-two, but when you're working with a double end bag, you have a lot of action so you want to try to get your distance, and this is how we stay with distance. When you're throwing it, you're going to barely hit, but then you're going to bring the right over. You can include defense, always. Just try not to let that hit you as if it was going to come straight at you and hit you in the face. Just don't be there. You always want to try to remember to break your weight. When you throw your jab, you're throwing it, you're stepping forward with your left foot, and when you throw your right, you're just kind of like breaking the...you start with your heel, move up through your body and you rotate. You don't want to get too much where you're leaning over too much, that will put you off balance. If you can just kind of rotate, which they call "sitting on your punches", what you'll do is you'll actually throw it and it'll give you time to come back and regroup. You always include...you're not just set on one thing. I always keep throwing the jabs and set my one-two up. You can double the jab up, whatever you need to do. But always keep moving and try to keep in and out of your zone if you're punching. Great. Thank you."
