"On our next clip, now that we have the single jabs concluded, what we're going to do now is going to work more on a double and triple jabs while stepping in and stepping back at the same time. Paul? That's more of a single jab, it's more of step jab. But if you get into a quick double, you don't really want to throw all your weight forward because you'll feel awkward. What you do is you throw it and you step into it. You always want to move around as much as you can, as long you hit the space. You can throw variations, like you can come around and step with it. Even if you miss, keep up with what you were intending to do, either it'd be a double or a triple, and if you miss, then just back out of it. Well that's great, but I don't usually see Paul miss too much. Thank you."
