"The next clip is going to be in referencing offense and defense using the double end bag. Offensively, of course as in any kind of boxing exercise, you want to be punching the ball, offensively. While defensively, it's going to be coming right back at you again, so you're going to be bobbing and slipping and moving, that type of thing. To demonstrate and talk more on that, Paul is going to show us a little bit. As you start with your double end bag, you're going to establish a little rhythm. So you're going to just punch it, let it work, and then you can jab it and slip it. Jab it and slip it. Jab it, slip it. And that's what's the correct part of the offensive to defensive, because there's a delicate balance in between. You always want to keep moving your feet, too. You never want to stay in one spot. You just keep on the jab, make sure that you're trying to extend it completely. Also, set your distance like we talked about earlier. You keep pushing back until you can really throw your arm out until you can create a nice, full action on the double end bag. Okay. We have a lot of offense, and just keep your hands up so the bag doesn't hit you back, and that's part of the defense."
