"Hi! My name is Terry. I'm here from LeaderBoard Tournament Systems of Orlando, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. I'm here to discuss with you how to get prizes for you golf tournament. First thing you need to do is create a committee to go out and help you with this. This is not a one-man show. One of the things you want to think about doing is trying to think about where you have all your services done. Your hair, your nails, what restaurants do you eat in, where do you have you oil changed. Those people pretty much owe you, so you need to go to them first. My favorite thing to do is go to networking meetings because at networking meetings you've got businesses that are trying to get business from other businesses. This is a way to get them together and show them what's going to work for them. Remember not everything can be obtained for free when you're trying to do this, so make sure that when you go in there you're prepared to purchase some of the items. By all means, ask for a discount because they will be more than happy to help your cause. The other thing is you're not the only one out there looking for donations. What you want to really do is give them something in return. If you're using a company such as LeaderBoard Tournament Systems, we are helping the sponsors get the recognition, and the prizes that you gather at least they're being thanked for it. Thank you very much."
