Allow your participants to pay today online so they don't have to have that confusion at registration. You can also allow for sponsors to purchase their features online as well. They can peruse the different choices and purchase. Finally, promote your site. Get them accustomed to using it now and in the future. It will make life much easier for your next year and the year after."
