"Do you want to become a UFC fighter? You have to have an intense physical commitment to training, that's your first and foremost thing that you have to have, big heart. Second of all, you're going to want to find a club that offers mixed martial arts training, not just karate or taekwondo, you want the stuff that you're going to be able to go into the UFC ring with. You might think you're strong, and strength is a lot of it, but you also have to have endurance. Jump roping, spin bikes, running, this is all styles of training to get you ready for those five three minute rounds or three five minute rounds. So, strength isn't always what's going to get you, endurance, stamina and strength is the perfect combination. So, if you want to become a UFC fighter, you can always hire a UFC coach who's going to personal train you on the techniques that are going to be used in the ring. You can also go to a local club that offers MMA training but you always have to remember, mental desire, big heart, weight lifting, endurance training, stamina, these are all a perfect match for a perfect fight."
