"I'm here today to talk about several ways you can detoxify. One way that's really common and very popular is the juice diets. For example, there's a lot of products on the market that are through juices that you're going to drink to help detoxify. You have to be very careful though. You don't want to get juices that are tons of sugar and not much vitamin content. The best way to juice is to juice at home with your blender. You can put together things like tomatoes which are high in lysopene, carrots, beats. Might not be the greatest tasting, but your body's really going to thank you for it. Also another way to de, detoxify is through supplements. There's a lot of herbal green teas, licorice root. Anything with root in it is always going to be a good detoxifier. You can count on that. There's tons of teas that you can drink. Just be aware of what's on the market and always make sure that you check it out with a physician first. And lastly, I believe the best way that you can detoxify, is to flush with water. Up your water. Nine times out of ten people I work with don't drink enough water. So you're really going to want to up yourself until you get to about a gallon and you're going to want to stay with that."
