"I'm here today to talk about how to stay motivated. Things that I have found that help me a lot is keeping a journal. I like to go back and track my progress. And a lot of times I'm doing better than I even know and that makes me feel better. Another thing I like to do is have a training partner. That way I have someone relying on me to show up and I know I can't let them down. Also another avenue you could take is hiring a personal trainer. Sometimes we get stuck in a rut and a personal trainer is a great way to show you how to do some different exercises you would never think of. Researchers have found that anything that you do for two weeks becomes a habit. Also researchers have found that exercise does release hormones and endorphins that do make you feel better. So that's one good reason to stay motivated in itself. In conclusion, I feel like staying motivated has to be consistency. It's the, the key is your state of mind. You want it, you want to see those results. Nothing good is going to come easy. So you have to stay focused and stay grounded and stick with it."
