"I'm here today to talk to you about getting your maximum results from our Nautilus equipment. First and foremost when everyone walks in the door, I like to start them on a twenty minute circuit. It ranges from legs, shoulders, chest, abdominals, obliques and what we always do, we go through, we are going to do ten with the minimal amount of weight, that's something that's going to get each individual started. Maybe they've never worked out before or maybe they've had injuries. It's something that we are going to do to build up tendons, ever before we go downstairs to work with free weights. So like I said each one we are going to do the minimal weight for ten times. So we are going to go through we are going to show you safely and effectively how to use each machine. Usually takes twenty to thirty minutes and then we always end up with a little bit of cardiovascular work an hour workout is perfect. Most important thing about Nautilus equipment it's all, you can always move it to fit each individual. This machine is going to work shoulders. So we are going to make sure elbows are underneath, we are going to take that deep breath in and breath out. Deep breath in and breath out. Excellent. That's how you're working the outer and the inner of your shoulders. So next I'm going to show you our abdominal machine. Again we always want to make sure it's for each individual so handles up. We are going to bring this down and we are going to stretch back. So all that air is going to come out of those abdominals and then we are going to stretch. Ok. So the best way to maximize your results with Nautilus equipment is to make sure that you have a circuit that works a little bit of everything safely effectively a little bit at a time. Start little and work your way up."
