My name is Mike Webster and my wife and I, Barbie and I purchased Mexidona about six years ago. We're located on west 89A, across from Red Planet Diner. We're a very unique shop here in Sedona, we represent 17 of the 31 states of Mexico with artisans. We have about 189 different families or artisans that we work with, and things are constantly changing here. We go down to Mexico ourselves and pick out products and have special products made per our design as well. One of our featured artist is a gentleman named Moises Rodriguez. He's from Tlaquepaque Mexico. He's been doing a type of work which is a barborito style which is a very old technique of hand burnishing tiles after they've been fired. It's a fun store, you get to come in and everything is for sale. You don't have to ask to take things off the walls or pick things up or anything. You can run around with things in your hand and we have a lot of fun here. As you can see we have about anything you want for the home, whether it be furniture or wood products, sofas, lamps, lamp shades, artwork, dishes. You name it, outdoor pottery as well so anything that you can imagine that you'd like to use for the home, we probably have it or can special order it or build it. Come on in and see us. Thanks!
