"We have flipped our pieces of steak over and you can really see how the salt and pepper, this will definitely be the dominant flavor of this dish even though we are going to add dijon mustard and white wine to this. Now depending on your tastes will depend on how long you want to cook this for. I could cook it about two minutes each side but I like mine about medium rare. We are going to go ahead and remove the steak but we are going to save the oil because in this oil we are going to be sauteeing our garlic and onions. We are going to let these break down for a little while and then we are going to add mushrooms and over the top we are going to add another tablespoon of salt and pepper."
