"Now we can start making our sauce. Again we are going to do this to give it a chance to cool down before we go and put it over the top of the steak. So we are going to take a small size sauce pan, put it on medium heat and we are going to just start off with about a quarter cup of wine. We are going to let this reduce a little bit to let the alcohol boil out but before it completely boils out we are going to go ahead and put in our dijon horseradish sauce. We are going to stir that so that all the flavors are incorporated and we are going to simmer it to a boil and then we are going to remove it from the heat and let it cool."
