"Now let's go over the utensils and the pots that we are going to need today. We are going to need two pans. We are going to be boiling our mashed potatoes in this one and then we are going to be boiling our broccoli in this. We are also going to be after we drain it with our strainer we are going to be mashing it so we are going to need a potato masher. If you boil the broccoli long enough you could get away with using a spatula or fork but we are going to make it a little bit el dante because we are going to bake it again and if there is any toughness to it it should be completely gone by then. I have this saute pan and this is the pan that we are going to sautee our steaks in. We are going to remove the steaks, saute some mushrooms, ready the steaks, take the steaks out and then we are going to deglaze this pan with white wine and make a dijon horseradish sauce. We are going to need some measuring cups and some measuring spoons. You are going to need a knife to cut your garlic steak, mushrooms, onions and broccoli and with this fork here we are going to be using that here to move this steak and we are going to use this to take the broccoli out of our casserole dish. We are also going to need a cutting board and because we are handing meat we don't want to cross contaminate so we are going to be using these gloves."
