"Today we are going to be making a steak dish. We are going to be salt and peppering a steak and then we are going to be sauteeing it in oil. We are going to be cooking it about half way through and then take it off and then we are going to cut it into strips. While it is off the grill we are going to sautee some mushrooms with that and when the mushrooms are done we are going to ready the steak, cook that to the temperature that we want and remove it and then again in that pan we are going to deglaze it with some white wine and then mix together some pepper, some dijon and some horseradish. On the side of that we are going to be making mashed potatoes but with these mashed potatoes we are not going to be adding any milk or butter. We are just going to be using sour cream and to spice it up just a little bit we are going to be using white pepper instead of black pepper. We are going to add salt and then we're going to add horseradish to it and mix that all up together and for our vegetable we are going to be making broccoli. We are going to take the broccoli and we are going to drain it. We are then going to take it out and mash it and when it is done mashing we are going to sautee some onions and some garlic and we are going to mix that in with an egg, some Parmesan, bread crumbs and then we are going to bake it."
