"Alright, now we're going to work with our feta. We're going to pull this out, and a lot of times, you get a whole piece like this, it will come in brine. So, I'm going to drain that brine out. We're going to go, and we're going to cut, just about a quarter of this off. Bring it back to our container, and we're just going to cut it in pieces. And, this is where it can get a little messy. I'm just going to take each of our pieces and squeeze 'em between our fingers, until they break up. So, the smaller the pieces you cut these guys into, the easier it is to break them up like this. And, the reason we're breaking them up, is, you don't want to bite into that, because you're not going to taste anything but that. But, if you crumble it, then, it would, should mix in nicely with the rest of our shrimp."
