"Alright that pungent smell that we had from the mushrooms is now completely gone. We're going to let this mixture sit for about fifteen minutes. Now we're going to start working on the rest of our mushroom sauce. We're going to take a cup of the water that we soaked the mushrooms in. Going to put that in the bowl. And then we're going to mix that with a tablespoon of cornstarch. Blend that together till it's smooth. We're going to mix in two tablespoons of oyster sauce and stir until that breaks up and changes the color. And then we're going to mix in a teaspoon and a half of white sugar."
