"Getting further into the working out with a punch shield, we're going to try about a six punch combination with Nick now. What we're going to is we're going to continue with the hooks and uppercuts, which is the basic of the punch shield, but we're going to have him jab on the way in, that's going to get the opponents attention, get the opponent on the defensive, instead of the offense. Then, we're going to have him jab on the way out, which we learned earlier is a very good theory on leaving with your hands up, keeping that person on the defense one more second while you're on the offense. So, we're going to have Nick do a six punch combination this time. Nick, left jab, there we go. Left jab in, uppercut, uppercut, hook, hook, uppercut. Jab in, great, there we go, six punches and that includes everything, the jab in, the uppercuts, the hooks and the jab out."
