"The next step we want to cover when working with the punch shield is should you wear some protection? Not only am I going to wear some working gloves on my own hands to help me absorb and helping me get a good grip on this punch shield but Nick, who's going to help us out here, Nick? As you can see Nick, even though he doesn't have his hand wraps on today, what he's got is a simulated hand wrap, whereas a quick hand wrap, his hands are still protected inside these gloves. So, before we get started just make sure everybody's got some working gloves to hold the bag, and then some hand wraps, and some good bag gloves before you start hitting the punch shield."
