There's a lot of coordination involve with it. We're going to touch on the fact that, not only does the person punching the punch shield get a good workout, but the coach or and hopefully another case, another boxer, you know, you share back and forth, he'll also get a workout because it takes a lot to hold this thing as someone else is punching it. This is very versatile. We're going to be able to work with, you know, assortment of different punches, the hooks, uppercut, you know, straight punches, combination, single punches and we're going to show you how you can actually work with up to four different boxers at one time, using just the one punch shield."
