That concept of whispering to have someone listen is a very critical concept and it does work. Now if you come into contact with a quiet guy ladies the best thing you can do is to keep a low tone voice when you speak with him. He is quiet for a reason. You don't know what that reason may be. It may be something from his past, maybe he had a wife or girlfriend or fiancee who had a voice like your dentist drilling your teeth and he doesn't want to hear that any more so if you are going to go into the mode of a man who is quiet then you have to follow suit and keep a low tone in communicating. You will get more results that way. If you come in at a high pitch, fast talk, it won't work, keep it low, keep it open, ask open ended questions and that is how it works because you are now in that person's space and you must work with that person on his terms.
