"This cocktail has a cool name, it's called an Earthquake Cooler. It's made of some basic ingredients, vodka and triple sec, does have bitters, lime juice, and champagne. And we're going to start with our cocktail glass, chilled off to the side. And we're going to make this, except for the champagne, we're going to put everything in our shaker glass filled with ice. Now equal parts of the vodka and triple sec, and about an ounce and a half of each. So we're going to free pour this. If you want to try free pouring the way I like to do is, half a quarter ounce per count, so for an ounce and a half I'm going to use a six count. One, two, three, four, five, six. And the same with the triple sec which is an orange liqueur. One, two, three, four, five, six. We're going to need a dash of bitters and lime juice, like so. Now this is the interesting part. You got champagne in your recipe, but I don't like mixing it with the - in our shaker glass we're going to shake it, you know champagne is very carbonated, so I like to pour the champagne into the martini glass or your cocktail glass first, calls for an ounce we're going to put a little at the bottom there. And then we'll shake our ingredients and pour it all on top of that and it should mix up rather nice. There we go. It's a fun cocktail. Ladies probably love this one, look at that. Got some bubbles, it's got some good flavor, got a kick, everything you need in a good drink. Down the hatch."
