"This is an interesting hi-ball. It's called a Greek Buck. Primary ingredient is brandy with a little bit of licorice liquor. Now we're going to build this in a hi-ball glass. We'll take our hi-ball glass, fill that with ice. The main ingredient is Brandy. I'm going to use an ounce and a half. Let's take our brandy and I'm going to free pour. And when you free pour, I like using a one count for a quarter ounce, so we'll need a six count in this case. One, two, three, four, five, six. Now the recipe calls for a licorice liquor, just a splash. You have several options when they ask for that type of ingredient. Anisette is one, you can use Sambuca, but since the name of this drink is called a Greek Buck, we're going to use Ouzo. Ouzo is a Greek liquor make with Anise. It has a licorice flavor to it. We just need a splash like so. That'll work. Now we're also going to use a splash of lime juice. And to finish it off, we're going to fill it with ginger ale. And I will do that on camera for you. A nice beverage there. Look at that. And let's finish that off, that looks great. Throw in a little swizzle stick and nothing to it. That is a Greek Buck. Enjoy."
