How to Make the Good Bye Mixed Drink

"This cocktail is called Good Bye. You could probably make this drink around "last call" or something. This would be the final drink of the night. It's got some good kick to it. It involves brandy and sloe gin, with a little bit of lime juice. We're going to make this in a highball, or, excuse me, in a martini cocktail glass, which we want to put some ice in. And actually, if we add a little water to it as well, that'll get it nice and chilled. Like so. Equal parts of both our brandy and our sloe gin. Let's put some ice in our shaker glass. We're going to use an ounce and a half of each. Starting with our brandy, and using our handy jigger, going to pour one ounce in one side, and a half ounce in another. And sloe gin, which is made from sloe berries, sloe is spelled S-L-O-E, if you're looking for this on a shelf in a liquor store, it's not with a W, it's with an E. This is sweet, this is going to give it some flavor. Boom! Like that. Little lime juice here, which we picked up at a supermarket. You can use fresh limes if you'd like, and now let's shake it up. Got a nice, deep, red color to it no doubt. Look at that. And dump out our water and ice. Strain this into our cocktail glass. That is a tasty looking Good Bye. Now drink it and get out!"
