"I'm going to show you how to make a drink called a Barbara. And I don't know who Barbara is but she has really good taste based on what this drink is going to taste like. We are going to start off with our ice, pour that into your glass. Just like so. And to that we are going to add two ounces of vodka. I'm using what's called a jigger, j i g g e r , to measure my alcohol. This is a really handy tool, you can get this at a bar supply store or a liquor store. Alright next we are going to add in one ounce of creme de cacao, which is being stubborn. Come on. There we go. Now we are going to fill this the rest of the way with milk, you can also use light cream. mm mm mm. We are going to go ahead and shake this up. And then we are going to pour this into a highball glass. Just like so. And this is like a milkshake for grownups. Really good stuff. Go ahead and add in your stirring straw and there you have it, a Barbara, cheers."
