"Today I'm going to demonstrate how to mix an Absohot shooter. Now this is really really basic shot that calls for Absolute Peppar and Tabasco sauce. I highly recommend the Cowman's brand. You're going to want to have this behind any bar; it's really standard in the industry. And it goes great on almost anything from chicken to steaks, seafood to cocktails. A really simple ingredient, it's just distilled vinegar, red pepper and a little bit of salt. But this product has been around forever and it's really recognizable amongst a lot of customers at bars or just anybody in the food and beverage industry. So we're going to start by taking our Absolute Peppar and filling our shot glass almost to the top. So it's going to be about an ounce of alcohol right there. And you can count that out if you want, that would be a simple four count just 1 2 3 4 or we can measure that out with a jigger if you like. And then after that you're going to simple pour on a little bit of hot sauce to the top of the shot. And what it's going to do is going to bring out the flavors of the vodka and as you take it it's going to create a slight burn warming sensation. That's a good close-up view of that. And that's an Absohot cocktail. I'm sorry shooter, enjoy."
