How to Make the Apricot Cooler Mixed Drink

"The drink we're about to make is called Apricot Cooler. I'm going to put some ice in a glass and we're going to measure out two ounces of apricot flavored brandy. Love apricots. And we're going to follow that up with some good old cane sugar. We're going to do a half of a teaspoon. Now let's shake that up. You want to try to get the sugar dissolved in with the brandy as much as possible. There we go. Let's get a little more ice and fill up a new glass. We're going to strain over the rocks. We're going to top it off with either club soda or if you want to get a little crazy, ginger ale. This is club soda. I'm keeping it on the down low. Alright. A little stir. And add a straw. And that's it. Bottoms up."
