"This is a tasty cocktail, it's called a Dollar Bill. Now yes, it is green in color, one ingredients is Midori, which is a melon liqueur. It's made in Mexico, but the name Midori actually stands for literally green, it's Japanese word for green. So that's that and we've got some light rum as well. So let's get started. We've got our Martini glass, chilling off to the side here, filled with water and ice. You want to get that cold. Let's fill our shaker glass, fill with ice. Now the primary ingredient would be rum. So we're going to use an ounce and a half of rum and only half ounce of Midori. Let's break our jigger for this one. One ounce on the on the one side, half ounce on the other. And now half ounce of our Midori. If you want to go high on the Midori, you can just use a melon liqueur that works just fine. We're going to add a splash of lime juice, that we picked up at our local supermarket. Give it a good shake. This a rather sweet cocktail, definitely got a little bit of punch because of the rum. Put that out, and here we go, that's it, a little bit of green color, Dollar Bills, Dollar Bills. Enjoy!"
