"This cocktail is called a Doctor Bird. Now it doesn't require a PhD to make this. You are going to need a lot of rum. This is going to be built up into a cocktail or martini glass. And the primary ingredient is light rum. Now we're going to be using Bacardi, which is a Puerto Rican rum. Rums come from different regions. You got Jamaican rum, Barbados, not that it really matters. But, for this particular cocktail since it is our primary ingredient with little else, you are going to want somewhat of a high quality rum so you can enjoy the beverage. Now we've got our cocktail glass, martini glass chilling off to the side. Let's throw some ice in a shaker. Now we're going to use three ounces of rum. And I'm going to free pour this using one count for a quarter of an ounce, so we're looking at a twelve count. One, two, three, and my pour spout doesn't seem to want to work, always a problem. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve. Tasty. Now we just need a little bit of grenadine. Some light cream. And the magic ingredient is a little bit of honey. Look at that, little teddy bear honey. Nice and thick, almost like pancake syrup. OK, let's shake this up. And we'll strain that into our martini glass. That's a nice pink color. Dump the ice out first. Just what the doctor ordered. Look at that. Um. Down the hatch."
