"Today, I am going to demonstrate how to make a Friday. Now, this cocktail is going to be basic build. A highball glass on the rocks. So you are going to start off like that. One way to look at this is it is similar to a screwdriver except instead of using vodka we are going to be substituting that with rum. We are going to use Bacardi. Interesting fact about Bacardi is it's the world's largest purchaser of sugar. They actually ferment it from molasses. Just some interesting facts. But that's what provides the really sweet flavor that you get with rums. So we are going to do a six count or and ounce and one half. One, two, three, four, five and six. That's going to give us our desired base. Then we are just going to fill the rest of it up with orange juice. Like so. Now, to bring out the flavors a little bit we are going to add a little bit of lime juice in there. If you have freshly squeezed lime juice that's fantastic. But, in most busy bars you are going to be using something like this. Now, for garnish on something like this. Because you want to sweeten it up a little bit more, you don't want to add just an orange slice like you would with your average screwdriver. You are going to want add a lime slice. Because you already have the lime juice in there. It tartan's up a little bit. Then even a cherry will give it a nice little artistic look to it. So, there's your Friday. A drink you will undoubtedly enjoy."
