How to Make the Tequila Collins Mixed Drink

"OK. Drink you're about to make is called Tequila Collins. Let's go ahead and fill up a mixing glass with ice. And measure out two ounces of tequila. And we'll follow that up with one teaspoon of powdered sugar. And next we'll add the juice of half of a lemon. So either squeeze the lemon in or just add some lemon juice. And we're going to shake it up. Make sure you shake it enough that the powdered sugar gets dissolved in with everything else. That's good. And get some more ice. Fill up a Collins glass. And we're going to strain into the Collins glass. And just top it off with some club, with some club soda. Whoops. It's alright, just a little bit of spillage. It happens. Get a nice fizz. And garnish that with a cherry and an orange. Add a straw. A little mix. And that's it. Bottoms up."
