"Let's make a Flying Kangaroo. We're going t to start with a little ice in the glass, as most drinks do. We're going to use equal parts of coconut rum and vodka. Equal parts tonight will be one ounce. We have one ounce on the top of the jigger, we have a half ounce on the bottom. There's many jiggers to choose from, go to your local liquor store, pick up what you need. On ounce of coconut rum, we have one ounce of vodka, and we're going to use a splash of Galliano, which is a vanilla liquor, very nice actually. And we're going to use a splash of light cream. We're also going to use a splash, or a little bit of OJ, I don't know if it was necessarily a splash, but just something to put taste in there for you. You know how much you like, and a little pineapple juice also. The rule is with all juices, you want to shake thoroughly. You can put them in a blender, you can shake them just like this, it's just fine. Highball glass, present, pour, cocktail straw, and the evening is started with a Flying Kangaroo. Cheers."
