"Alright the drink we're about to make is called Chicago Fizz. You want to fill up a mixing glass with ice and measure out one ounce of light rum, and follow that up with one ounce of port and a half an ounce of sour mix. Alright, take your shaker and give it a shake just to couple, just enough to mix it up. And use your glass to pour it in. And we're saving room at the top there for our last ingredient, we're going to give it a splash of club soda. And that's going to give us our fizz effect. now if you'd like you can use a spoon to stir it up, just a little bit, get that club soda mixed in with everything else, and add a straw and that's it. That is a Chicago Fizz. Bottoms up."
