"Alright the drink we're about to make is called Brown Derby. We're going to take a rocks glass, fill it up with rocks. And we're going to measure out two ounces of dark rum. There's one and two. And we're going to add 1/2 ounce of lime juice and 1/2 teaspoon of maple syrup; straight from the tree. Alright. Now if you take your small shaker tin here, you can shake it up until the maple syrup is mixed in with everything else. There we go. That should do it. And we'll go ahead and add a straw. Should have a nice, smooth, sweet cocktail. Great for after a fantastic dinner. Bottoms up!!"
