"Today I'm going to demonstrate how to prepare a "Coffee Fling". Now this is another coffee drink obviously so you are going to want to get your coffee mug and your hot coffee ready and we are going to start off with our main alcoholic ingredient which means the base and this is Scotch. We are using a Johnny Walker Red label, a really quality product but you can feel free to use any Scotch of your choice or you can even substitute whiskey here, I mean it is basically the same flavor that you are really going to get when you mix it with as much coffee as we do. So an ounce and a quart to an ounce and a half or five or six counts so one, two three, four, five, six. Next we are going to add in a splash of lemon juice, just a really quick splash just a really really quick dab, you don't want to overdo this and we are going to top off our glass with our coffee all the way to the top and I always like to make a note that on my coffee drinks I like whipped cream and a cherry and I always recommend adding a whipped cream and a cherry as a garnish for your drinks because your guests come to expect it and they'll really appreciate it but sometimes maybe it doesn't call for it like this. We are using Scotch and lemon here and those are really bolder ingredients so you may really want to ask your guests so that is your "Coffee Fling". I hope you enjoy."
