"Today I'm going to demonstrate how to mix a Chocolate Grasshopper shot. Now this is similar to your regular Grasshopper except you're going to be using chocolate milk. So you're going to take your ice and fill up your sixteen ounce mixing glass, then you're going to look at your ingredients. You're going to be using a light creme de cacao. You're going to be using a dark creme de menthe. And then chocolate milk instead of regular milk. So you're going to go equal parts on these, or basically half an ounce to half an ounce. So just the give counts so one, two, is going to give you what you're looking for as far as a pour. You're going to put in twice as much chocolate milk on top of that, just like so. Then you're going to get your shot glass ready, and then mix and shake your ingredients between your mixing glass and your tin. After you're done, if you ever have the issue with the tin getting stuck to the mixing glass, just place your fingers like this, just give it a slight tap. You don't need to struggle with it. Don't ever bang it against the bar, you're going to break your mixing glass, not worth it. Put your Hawthorne strainer directly over your mixing glass and strain directly into your shot glass. And that is your Chocolate Grasshopper. Enjoy."
