"Today I'm going to demonstrate how to mix a Chocolate Covered Raspberry shot. Now we're going to layer this shot in our shot glass, so you're going to want to have a bar spoon handy or a maraschino cherry with the stem available. I'm going to put the shot glass aside for now and we're going to talk about the alcohols we're using. Our base is going to be a light creme de cacao, and then after that we're going to layer on top a raspberry liqueur, we're using Chambord, but feel free to use Razzmatazz or any other raspberry liqueur of your preference. So we're going to start by filling the first half of our shot glass up with our light creme de cacao, and then we're going to get our Chambord and our bar spoon and we're just going to pierce the very top layer of our light creme de cacao with our bar spoon and pour our Chambord directly onto our bar spoon, creating a layering effect right there. Now that really didn't create that much of a layering effect at all, but you can definitely see a variation in the actual tone as you go from darker to lighter. So that is going to be your chocolate covered raspberry, remember light creme de cacao and raspberry liqueur. Enjoy."
