"Today I'm going to show you how to make a Camp Grenada. Now, the main ingredient in this cocktail is going to be campari. Not my favorite, but as a bartender you're going to be requested to make a lot of drinks that you might not necessarily like, so you got to learn how to make then anyways. So to start you're going to be using your build technique. You take your ice and you pour it into your sixteen ounce beer glass, like such. Take your main ingredient Campari here which is a bitter aperitif made in Italy. It uses orange peels and other spices and herbs and a distillation process that makes it really strong in flavor. So you're going to pour an ounce to an ounce and a half. One, two, three, four, five and six, into your glass. Next you're going to mix in pineapple fruit and grapefruit juice, just like so. A splash of grenadine which is a nonalcoholic cherry and pomegranate based beverage, syrup more than a beverage. And then you're going to fill the rest of your glass with a lemon lime soda. You're going to get your highball glass with ice ready. And then you're going to take your ingredients and mix them. Shake really vigorously to get all of those flavors mixed together, pouring it back into your sixteen ounce beer glass for presentation purposes. Taking your Hawthorne strainer, pouring it directly into your highball. Now with the Campari being orange flavored you probably want to garnish it with an orange slice or a cherry or anything of your preference, but don't ever forget the straw. That is your Camp Grenada, a drink that you might not enjoy, but your customers, maybe they will."
