"Today, I'm going to be showing you how to make a California Coffee. Now, California coffee is going to be another one of your typical coffee drinks. You're going to start off with your coffee and your coffee mug. And, we're going to be adding in a California sherry and a California brandy. Now, we're going to want to do equal parts of these. The only rule to this drink is that they both have to be California produced wines. So, we're going to do equal parts. We're going to do about three quarters of an ounce, or a three count, so, one, two, and three. It's going to give you your desired amount of liquor in there. And then, we're going to add in, a splash of OJ, California oranges, if possible, but not required. A splash of lime juice, to sweeten it. And then, of course, you're going to, as with any other coffee drink, you're going to want to top that off with some whipped cream. This makes it a little easier for the customer, or guest, or patron who's enjoying his cocktail, to not add cream in themselves, cause when you stir in that whipped cream, it's going to do the same effect. Now, with any other coffee drink, you're going to want to top it off with a maraschino cherry, and that is your California Coffee. A drink you'll undoubtedly enjoy."
