"Today I'm going to demonstrate how to prepare a Cafe Oscar. Now you're going to start off with your coffee mug and your coffee ready, but that goes without saying. And we're going to take a look at our ingredients. We're going to be using amaretto, we're using Di Saronno, fantastic stuff. Di Saronno is an Italian amaretto that was created by in 1525 and they actually haven't changed the recipe since. So it kind of makes you wonder if Michelangelo was sipping on the stuff when he was painting those ceilings. Next we're going to be using a dark creme cacao. Dark creme de cacao is a really flavorful liqueur, cacao actually comes from West Africa most of the time. We're using a Well brand but feel free to use a brand of your choice. Or if you want to take it up a notch I recommend maybe the Godiva chocolate liqueurs. So we're going to go equal parts on this, or three quarters of an ounce each, or three counts. So together we can pour one, two, and three. From there we're going to top off our glass with our coffee all the way to the top. And now the recipe doesn't call for whipped cream but I like to add whipped cream and a cherry to all my drinks just to make a note on that. So that is your Cafe Oscar. Hope you enjoy."
