"Now, the Cafe Nelson much like any of your other coffee drinks, is going to start off with your coffee in a coffee mug, and then our first main ingredient is going to be Frangelico. For those of you who aren't familiar, Frangelico is a hazelnut liqueur, produced in Italy, kind of resembles an Aunt Jemima pancake syrup bottle but is really supposed to resemble a monk's habit. So we're going to do a four count or an ounce into our coffee. One, two, three, and four, give it a nice, rich nutty flavor. And then we're going to add in our Bailey's Irish cream after that. Of course Bailey's Irish cream is produced with vanilla beans from Madagascar, cacao from West Africa, and the cream from the finest milk cows in Ireland. So we're going to add in a four count. One, two, three, and four. So you have a nice, nutty, rich creamy coffee. After which, topping it off with your whipped cream. Now if you have it behind your bar, sprinkling a few nuts over top adds a nice appeal to that. And then after that of course always top your coffee drinks off with a maraschino cherry. And there you have it, Cafe Nelson a drink I'm sure you'll undoubtedly enjoy."
