"Today I'm going to demonstrate how to prepare a Cafe Grog. Now you're going to want to have your coffee mug and your coffee ready to go. And we'll take a look at our ingredients. We're going to be using a dark rum, Myers, one of my favorites, really, really old liquor company. Really, really tasty product. And then we're going to be using brandy. Now we're going to go one and a half parts of our dark rum to one part of our brandy. So a good way to measure that out, you know, we can really do an ounce and a half to an ounce if you want to be really generous, or basically just divide that in half. So we're going to be doing three quarters of an ounce of our dark rum to half of an ounce of our brandy. So that's going to be basically your industry pour. An ounce and a quarter. So we're going to start off with our dark rum, and like I said three quarters of an ounce, or a three count, so one, two, and three. For our brandy, we're going to go a half an ounce or one and two, always remember to hold the pour spout the right way. Then fill your mug up with coffee the rest of the way. And then the recipe doesn't call for whipped cream, but with most of your coffee drinks, when a guest orders it, they're expecting whipped cream and a cherry on top, so, I do want to make that point. So that is your Cafe Grog. Hope you enjoy."
